Ingredients ( for 20 cookies)
Sugar- 1/4 cup
Brown sugar- 1/2 cup
Butter- 1/2 cup
Coffee powder- 1 tsp ( optional )
Vanilla extract- 1tsp
1 Egg/ curd- 1/2 cup
Flour- 2 cups
Baking soda- 1 tsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
NUTELLA!

Procedure
Take a greased baking tray and put 20 spoons of Nutella, one inch apart. Put that in the freezer for at least 30 min until the Nutella is rock solid.
While it's in the freezer, heat up a saucepan on medium high heat, and put all your butter in. Let it start melting and keep stirring. You want to turn the heat of when the bottom of the butter looks like a caramel nutty brown color. Pour it into a bowl and allow it to cool.
While it's cooling, take a large bowl, and put both your sugars, coffee powder, egg/curd, and vanilla extract. Pour in the brown butter and stir vigorously until all the sugar is dissolved and it looks like thick caramel.
Into that bowl, sift in the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix just until a dough forms. ( you can add a little extra flour if its to wet )
Split your dough into how many ever Nutella balls you made. Press the dough until thin and take one of your Nutella balls and put it on top. Take the dough outside and roll it into the Nutella ball, making it a cookie with Nutella filling. Do this to all your cookies and put it in the freezer for anywhere between 1 hour- 2 days.
After chilling in the freezer, preheat your oven to 180 C for 10 min and put your cookies in on a greased pan and let it bake for 12-14 min. Take it out and let it cool for at least 15 min! ( if you don't, all the Nutella is going to get stuck to the pan which is not what you want! )
And then...get a glass of milk and ENJOY!
