Ingredients ( for 12 rolls )
Flour- 2 cups
Sugar- 1/4 cup
Melted butter- 1/2 cup
Lukewarm milk- 1/2 cup
Active dry yeast- 2tsp
Brown sugar- 3/4 cup
Melted butter- 1/4
Cinnamon- 2tsp

Procedure
In a small bowl, pour in the lukewarm milk. To that, add the yeast and lightly mix. Put a cloth on top of that and put it in a warm place for 10-15 min.
While it's in a warm place, take out a large bowl and mix together the flour and sugar. Then, take the yeast mixture out and pour it in the flour mixture. With that, you also want to add the 1/2 cup of melted butter and mix just until a dough forms.
Sprinkle some flour on the counter, and you want to knead the dough on the counter for 7-10 min until no lumps. The that dough and put it in a bowl greased with oil and a cloth on top. Put the dough in a warm place for at least 2 hours.
Sprinkle flour on your work surface and put your rested dough on that. Roll out the dough to a large rectangular shape.
Then, take a small bowl, and mix in the brown sugar, the smaller amount of melted butter and cinnamon. Take a brush and start brushing that mixture onto the dough until the whole rectangle is covered. Take the longer part of the rectangle and start rolling the dough. Cut the dough vertically into how many ever piece you want. Put those rolls on a greased pan and let it rest in a warm place for 30 min.
Preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 min. Put the rolls in and let it bake for 20 min. Let it cool, and then, it's time to make the icing.
Take 1/4 cup of milk and add in 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix it together, and that's it!
When the cinnamon rolls have cooled, pour the icing on top, and then...enjoy!
