  5. flour- 1 1/2 cup

  6. cocoa powder- 1/4 cup

  7. baking powder- 2 tsp

  8. baking soda- 1 tsp

  9. butter milk- 1/2 cup ( there's a recipe of buttermilk in the procedure incase you don't have it ).

  10. frosting- butter- 1/2 cup. sugar- 3/4 cup. milk- 2 tbsp. coffee powder- 1 tsp

Procedure

Buttermilk recipe- take 1/2 cup of milk and mix in half of a lemon into it. To that, add 1 tsp of vinegar and mix until combined. Put into fridge until needed.

In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar for 5 min or until light and fluffy. To that, add eggs/curd and mix until combined. Once mixed, add in the vanilla extract and again mix until combined.

Next, in another bowl, sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. ( make sure to sift it because cocoa powder is very lumpy ).

Add 1/3 of the dry mixture into the butter mixture and mix just until combined. Then add 1/2 the buttermilk and mix until combined. Keep doing this until there's nothing remaining.

In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar for 5 min or until light and fluffy. To that, add eggs/cud and mix until combined. Once mixed, add in the vanilla extract and again mix until combined.reheated for 10 min at 180 c. Bake this for 30-35 min.

Take out another bowl, in which add the butter and sugar. Mix this for 5 in or until light and fluffy. Then take the milk and mix in the coffee powder to it. Add that mixture to the sugar and butter and mix until combined. Put this into the fridge until the cake is ready to frost.

Then take the cake out of the pan ( and make sure its been cooled for at least 20 min )onto a plate and pour all your frosting on it. Smooth it out and put it on all sides of the cake. This is optional but you can add decorations on top, like I used some chocolate chips. Put this into the fridge until it is set, and then....slice it and eat!
